It's simple just follow the steps below to get started:
1. Select your subscription (Essentials Box or Premium Box)
2. Select your subscription length, you can prepay for 3 or 6 boxes at a savings from our regular "pay as you go" option
2. Review our size chart and select your appropriate sizes
3. Add to cart and checkout
4. Enter the address you wish to ship to as well as your billing information
5. Wait for your Fit Bitch Club box to arrive
Please keep in mind that if you order after the 15th of the month that the order will be grouped with the following round of boxes which may be only two months later (see our shipment schedule here).
We (the Fit Bitches) and our fabulous partner fitness influencers spend an immense amount of time specially curating each group of boxes that go out. The boxes at this time (depending on whether you select an Essential box or Premium box), contain the same products for every customer according to each of their custom sizes. We aim to theme each box by activity or season to keep the styles fresh and you on your toes. Every item is hand selected and tested to ensure it will be flattering and functional across a range of body shapes and sizes.
In the future we hope to offer more choices within the box for a more bespoke experience.

All orders must be placed on or before the 15th of what we call, our ‘shipment month’ to receive a box for that shipment month’s round of boxes. If the order is placed after, you will receive your box the following round (i.e. about two months later).
For example, if you placed an order on November 29th your order would be within the timeframe for December’s round of boxes but if you waited until December 16th to place the order, you will have to wait until February’s round of boxes. You can see our delivery schedule for 2017-2018 here.
Shipping typically starts on the 16th of every month. Due to high volume, packages can take up to two weeks to be packaged. You will receive a tracking email when it ships. We aim to have your Fit Bitch Club box with you by the 25th of each month subject to delays, holidays, etc.
Nope! All orders are delivered by Royal Mail or special courier and do not require a signature. You can track your order with the tracking number that will be sent out to you on your shipment day.

There are no signup or cancellation fees. However, cancellations must be completed on or before the 14th of the month.
For the three and six box subscriptions, you will be billed for all boxes upfront on the day you sign up. Your subscription will automatically renew after you’ve received your three or six boxes (six months or one year later respectively).
The recurring bi-monthly payment for our Essentials Box is £49 (plus shipping) The Premium Box is £99 plus shipping.
Fit Bitch Club is a recurring subscription that will charge you every other month (unless you pre-paid for three or six boxes), unless you skip or cancel your subscription before the 14th of the month.
Yes, you can skip a box. If you would like to "skip" a box you will first need to log into your account by clicking "sign in". Once logged in, on the homepage main menu beneath "JOIN", you will see "manage subscriptions" click there and you will be able to go into your options. Select "skip a box", then click "skip this delivery" next to the box you wish to skip.
We hate to see a good bitch leave but you can cancel your account any time before the 14th of the next shipment month.
The delivery schedule is where you can see your scheduled deliveries.
In the delivery schedule section of your account you will not see your first box listed.
This is because you have already prepaid for your first box and cannot skip until the following box.
In order to create a customer account, please select "Sign In" from our homepage and then select "New Customer, Sign In" next to "Sign In". This will allow you to skip boxes, change your credit card information, and update your address.

It is likely that upon first subscribing with Fit Bitch Club, you checked out as a "guest" instead of creating an account. To log in, you will need to associate your guest subscription with an account. To do so, please see " How do I create a customer account?" above.
Please use the same email address used when originally subscribing.
To cancel your subscription, log into your account then click on "subscriptions" and then "cancel subscription" on the right hand side.

You can cancel your subscription with us by first “creating” an account and then logging in to cancel. Almost always, customers checkout as guests rather than creating an account first.

Then log into your account and you cancel from there.
Click on "subscriptions" and then press "Cancel Subscription”.
To change your preferences, please log into your account and then select "Manage Subscriptions" from beneath the "JOIN" menu item on our homepage. Then click "manage" from within your account and select from the list of options. Here, you can skip orders, and update your address or credit card information.

All sales are final and nonrefundable; even if they have yet to ship. However, if your issue is with sizing, we may be able to accommodate you depending on stock availability.
