Ollybars and THE BIG 100 Challenge by Ryan Mathie

Ollybars and THE BIG 100 Challenge by Ryan Mathie

The truth is I love bars... It's the Scotsman in me. I was brought up on the Mars bars and sweet stuff! Now as a PT I have a good enough reason not to indulge so it's all in check. Point being I now try to avoid bars so was a little sceptical when Olly asked me to try his Ollybars!

How ever after a few munches over a the last few days at specific times before and/or after my training, I was really pleasantly surprised. Ollybars are made with clean ingredients, with a good mix of macronutrients (Protein, Carbs, Fats) and have a great taste.

I am the creator of THE BIG100 CHALLENGE, an Online Training and Nutrition Program. Ollybars came in handy especially before the weekly endurance session. I also follow a low fat diet so have to watch out for that given that nuts are generally higher in fat (Fat is not bad by the way but in the challenge it is well measured - devil is in the detail!). Ollybars work, keep me going and they really do fit in nicely around my training
when I need a bite.

Great work Olly!
