'I stumbled across Ollybars at Curio Cabal around the corner from Momentum gym which is a regular hangout for us crossfit coaches. On several occasions I purchased Ollybars during my breaks just before training and have noticed a huge increase in energy levels after an early morning coaching shift! The ingredients are beautiful, a gorgeous blend of nuts, seeds, fruit and my fav chia! Even more appealing is the fact that you can see all these in the bars (they are not blended up into mush).

I have been training and coaching Crossfit for about 5 years now. I started off in Melbourne at Charge Crossfit, meanwhile participating in local and national competitions. I recently moved to London, landing an amazing job at Crossfit Hackney working with some of the best Strength and Conditioning coaches I have come across in my travels. At Momentum I head coach several Crossfit sessions covering Olympic lifting, power lifting, gymnastics and endurance specialising in women's conditioning (pre and post natal exercise). 

With a very active job like this, which is made up of early morning starts, late nights, and trying to squeeze in quality training sessions for myself between clients, it can be difficult to keep up with food prep and fuelling the body with essentials! Post workout, that light headed feeling, depleted energy stores, Ollybars picks me right up again restoring that energy. I love that they are locally made too, with so much care and so well thought out.

As nutrition for the body is the number one foundation to building better human beings, this should be our first priority! The stronger the base, the better our performance when we train and the better the results! Therefore I have been on the hunt for a quality trustworthy snack that I can conveniently munch on in the short breaks I have to benefit my training program. I am in without doubt an Ollybars supporter and have been suggesting it to many of my clients to get them through the workout and as a post recovery energy boost. Thanks Olly... keep up the good work'.
